Stackhaus Health, LLC ("Stackhaus Health," "we," "us") operates this pre-launch website and waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it. Stackhaus Health is not yet operating as a telehealth service. This site is for general information and waitlist signup only.

What we collect

• Email address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Consent record confirming you agreed to be contacted.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamp) collected automatically to operate and secure the form.

We do not collect health information, medical history, or any protected health information through this waitlist.

How we use it

• To contact you about Stackhaus Health's launch, early access, and founding-member offers.
• To operate, secure, and improve this site.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with service providers that help us run this site and send these emails, under confidentiality obligations.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by contacting us. You may request that we delete your email from the waitlist.

Data storage

Waitlist data is stored on our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) on our behalf. We retain it until launch communications conclude or you ask us to remove it.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Joining the waitlist does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
